Frances Dixon is the Literacy Coach at HKE. Originally from Alberta, she spent 30 years in BC and 5 years in Shanghai, China before moving to the NWT. She lived and taught in Deline last year and it is her first year in the Arctic! In her spare time she can be found trundling around the tundra, playing hockey at the arena, or on the couch with a good book and a bowl of popcorn.
